This opportunity is to directly join our client, an American company with one of the largest tech hubs present in Portugal.
Tasks
Problem-solving through deep troubleshooting, debugging, log\trace analysis.
Work with dev and ops to understand their technical needs, and define an action plan to meet them, collaborating with peers or other teams regularly.
Capture context and raise awareness of events and/or need-to-know information across the team.
Identify problems and/or improvement opportunities via routine review; track and drive mitigation, solution development, and/or team awareness.
Share best practices and other resources based on customer Azure usage areas and observe trends.
Identify and respond to critical customer issues specific to Azure Services or Azure Platform and be able to conduct in-depth diagnostics.
Participate in regular governance calls and share knowledge with other engineers and develop customer solutions efficiently.
Requirements
Language Qualification:
English Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking.
Soft Skills:
Technical Leadership - handle technically challenging and politically sensitive situations.
Ability to discover, recognize and assess alternative solutions to a problem.Ability to have effective communication with various stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of container technology and fluency in Kubernetes and Docker
Experience with DevOps/GitOps (Azure DevOps, GitHub)
Experience with Operating System/Virtualization
Experience with Terraform
Some Development experience (Java, Python, .Net) with CI/CD pipelines
Some Monitoring experience (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana)
Linux / Windows OSNetworkingIdentity
Highly recommended:
Kubernetes certification
