We are looking for a talented Senior Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team for our Sales and Service Business Unit based Laguna, Philippines. This position will be reporting to the Regional AR Supervisor and responsible for cash collection and allocation within the AR team.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Full function of Accounts Receivable
Works with more complex customers to process payments.
Prepares statements of accounts for customers.
Answers basic and complex customer inquiries.
Prepares analysis of accounts.
Conducts root cause analysis of late payments and suggests process improvements.
Prepares month end reporting.
Participates in and/or leads projects related to Accounts Receivable improvement.
Performs other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or Related
Minimum of 3 years' working experience in an AR function
Experience working with ERP system
Relevant experience in Manufacturing or similar industry
Experience working in a shared service or BPO environment will be highly regarded
Knack for relationship building and dealing with difficult customer
Excellent communication skills to handle local and regional stakeholders
Sense of urgency - prompt follow up with customers and stakeholders
