TeleTech is seeking a Senior Accounting Supervisor to join our Enterprise Services team.

What you'll be doing:
The Senior Accounting Supervisor will lead the month end close process for multiple locations, reviewing the work and managing a team of 3+ direct reports. This person will work closely with other accounting teams and cross functional peers in finance, tax, sourcing and operations.
What you'll bring to us:
Lead the month end close process for Asia Pacific Ledgers
Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations for APAC ledgeres to ensure compliance with US GAAP.
Review monthly P&L and provide analytics
Lead the team in quarterly Balance Sheet and Income Statement Flux Analysis
Supervise 3 direct reports, provide timely coaching and feedback to promote professional growth within the team.
Assist in preparation of audit requests and lead other projects as deemed necessary
Assist the team in drafting written documentation of key judgments, i.e. reconciliations, accounting memos, etc.
Work closely with other accounting teams and cross functional peers in finance, tax, sourcing and operations.
Be aware of SOX requirements and maintain compliance with key controls related to accounting duties.
Keep current with significant changes in US GAAP and convergence with IFRS.
Develop and run complex Noetix queries and Hyperion reports.
Assist with the identification and implementation of improvements to the quality and efficiency of the month end close and operational accounting process.
What skills you'll need:
BA/BS in Accounting
must be a CPA
5 years solid experience in General Ledger, end to end accounting
With at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of US GAAP required, including foreign currency translation
Knowledge of IFRS preferred
Excellent organizational, leadership, analytical, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Wor
Knowledge of Oracle ERP, Noetix, and Hyperion a plus
