SENIOR ACCOUNTING/FINANCE OFFICER
 
Basic Qualification:
BS Accountancy Graduate Only
Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of accounting and finance.
Well-versed in all facets of accounting, finance and with strong financial analysis.
Has experience in payroll management
Has experience in financial reporting and can discuss financial/accounting concerns with managers
Solution-oriented, Honest and Hard-worker, Highly motivated, Organized, Team Player, Fast Learner, Analytical, and Goal-Oriented
Duties and Responsibilities:
This position takes charge of the implementation of accounting systems, and procedures at all levels. Coordinate all accounting functions.
Maintaining effective management systems and processes on the assigned functions which may cover BIR Account, Financial Reporting and other related financial accounts.
Conducts monthly accounting audits
Prepares other accounting reports and other tasks as may be required from time to time.
Has the ability to train staff, work with colleagues, and require little to no supervision.
Can prepare financial projections inclusive of loans, investments, interest rates, tax holidays, recovery points, and IRR
Must be proficient in MS EXCEL
