Job responsibilities:
Oversee the month end reporting process including ensuring the completion of the General Ledger and Balance Sheet reconciliations
Manage the company's financial systems and subsidiary ledger: Payroll, Receivables, Payable, Inventory, Fixed Assets
Prepare monthly financial statements and management accounts
Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts 7. Prepare weekly cash flow forecast
Ensure tax compliance and liaise with tax specialists
Liaise with external auditors and banks
Ensure continuous improvement in people and processes in the Finance Department
Experience in interdepartmental relationships
Will have minor customer interaction
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Must have Knowledge in Payroll preparation and preparation of remittances to SSS, Phil.Health and Pag-IBIG Funds, Withholding tax - Compensation.
Preferably residing in Parañaque and adjacent areas.
Computer literate (MS Word and MS Excel)
