Responsibilities (point Form)
General Accounting and Control
Manages month-end and year-end close process.
Ensures internal control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Revenue and Disbursements Accounting
Manages and steers the collections process with clients.
Reviews Statements of Account weekly to minimize risk.
Reviews Financial Summary Reports to determine vendor invoicing needs for account reconciliation.
Manages the calendar to track billing due dates for vendor payments, account reconciliation and placement schedule discrepancy reminders.
Validates and reviews all disbursement transactions
Cash Management
Prepares cash flow forecast and ensure adequate bank balances to meet all payables.
Financial Reporting
Prepares monthly and quarterly reports for the Management.
Prepares yearly SEC and BIR financial statement for annual regulatory/statutory reporting.
Ensures all finance reporting deadlines are met.
Tax Management and BIR Compliance
Manages and complies with local government reporting requirements, including tax filing, business permits and the like.
Requirements (Point Form)
At least three (3) years related working experience in General Accounting (General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Account Receivables, Account Payables, Taxation, Audit, Fixed Assets and Financial Management)
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related
Proficient in computer applications including spreadsheets, word processing and accounting software.
Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to adapt
