Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Preferably a CPA.
Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in a related position.
Must be able to communicate in English fluently.
Must have strong analytical skills with keen attention to details.
Must be familiar with real estate accounting, including reviewing lease information.
Previous experience in public/industry accounting is a plus.
Experience in ERP general ledger systems, preferably Yardi Voyager is a plus.
