PURPOSE
A role to be responsible for reporting and tax issues of CTC GZ, to manage the finance period-end closing of CTC GZ.
The role will also provide support on reporting and period-end closing to China JV as needed.
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
Be responsible for tax planning, accounting reporting, accounting policy management etc.
To build general ledger with appropriate chart of accounts
To put in place proper finance reporting and operating processes with appropriate internal controls
To propose and execute transfer pricing and recharge mechanism relevant for each of the functions
Implement relevant financial laws, regulations, guidelines, policies, and accounting standards.
Provide support to China JV in case of needs.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
KPI on daily basis:
Timeliness in reporting to group finance, CTC GZ management and government office
Accuracy of finance reporting and process
Timely closing of findings and comments from finance auditing
Timelines and accuracy on tax filing and related tax projects.
Implementation and training of new accounting standards.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Over 5 years of experience in finance area.
Bachelor's degree in finance special. Experience in technology company is preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Accountant or finance related qualification is preferred
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Good knowledges in accounting and China Tax, familiar with both in GAAP and IFRS.
Good analytical mind and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Skill in Excel and other MS tools

Ensure that financial processing and reporting comply with relevant regulations. Implement changes in accounting standards and provide corresponding training to the team members.
Flexible usage of relevant provisions of tax preferential policies to reduce the company's tax burden.
