Responsible for Cost Accounting, Inventory monitoring and management, General Ledger Management, Account Reconciliation, Accruals, monthly and year end accounting cycle close
1. Coordinate month-end close process
2. Coordinate with auditors during audit and prepare audit schedules
3. Prepare/Review monthly closing general ledger entries
4. Prepare/Review general ledger account reconciliation to ensure that they are prepared properly and follow-up on any unusual items
5. Prepare/Review Accounting Related reports for internal and external reporting
6. Assist in annual budget process
7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and internal control
8. Prepare and perform adhoc reports and tasks as requested by counterparts
Education Requirements
Graduate of BS Accountancy
Certified Public Accountant
