Job Description
Consolidate all of your bank accounts.
Daily key entry of financial transactions into the books, accurate prepare and maintaining of accounting records and documents.
Preparing all required supporting documents for preparation of monthly financial statements.
Validate the accuracy and validity of CMR & DMR monthly.
Check the accuracy of each property's final billing against the monthly invoices released to the lessee.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree holder in Accountancy.
At least 1-2 years of relevant job experience
Certified Public Accountant is required
Proficient with databases, MS Office, and accounting software
Financial statement accuracy for both internal and external reporting
Practical expertise with data input and manual bookkeeping
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and diplomatically handle demanding circumstances
Knowledge of how to create financial statements and other financial reports
Willing to assign in Binondo, Manila
