The Job
You will be responsible for :
Recording business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system
Assisting in preparation of financial reports and schedules
Maintaining accounting journals, ledgers, and other records detailing financial business transactions
Managing and maintaining records pertaining to office and operational expenses.
Performing accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors
Monitoring invoices and collections as well as preparing reports of unpaid billings
Staying updated on tax and accounting regulations
Preparing accurate monthly/quarterly tax returns and other statutory requirements- VAT, WHT, EWT, HDMF, PHIC related-matters
Monitoring costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
The Profile
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
You have at least 3 years of experience handling general accounting and reporting
You have advanced computer skills - particularly in using MS Office Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
You have good interpersonal and communication skills
You pay strong attention to details and deliver work of high standards
You are motivated and thrive in fast-paced environments
