Who are you?
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is self-driven and comfortable working a a fast paced environment. This role is for you if you are extremely detail-oriented, love spreadsheets and won't stop until you've solved the correct answer. You will be responsible for overseeing the accurate recording and financial health of real estate/ leasing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning, studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business operations such as leasing costs and labor.
Analyzing data collected and recording results
Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures
Maintaining cost accounting system
Assisting in month end close of the General Ledger
Analyzing monthly financial statements to inform business strategy
Accomplish any other tasks and duties that may be assigned
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Accountancy/Banking/Finance or equivalent
At least 4 years work experience in cost accounting / general accounting
Excellent analytical skills
Knowledge in job costing, product costing, and project costing
Strong spreadsheet proficiency (Excel or Google Sheets)
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
