Job Description
Observing financial controls and protocol through-out client's businesses/company's businesses
Coordinating with colleagues with regards to tax, audit and accounting practices
Analyzing financials and creating financial reports to help with strategic decision making
Helping team mates with their work, improve their skills and generally help each other get better and be better
Managing relationships with team members and clients
Performing month end closing
Ensure accuracy, completeness and conformance to procedural standards
Analyzing and reconciling balance sheet and income statement
BIR filing and government dues remittances
Knowledge in payroll computation is an advantage
Minimum Qualifications
BS in Accountancy graduate
At least 3 years of experience in the same field
Proactive employee that will lead all accounting and financial reporting for our client/management
Candidate must possess strong familiarity with internal control, month end closing , reporting, audit, BIR, etc.
Must have strong technical accounting and excel skills
Must possess a strong sense of order and consistency
