Description
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
-With strong background in AR
-Okay to be assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong
-Okay with Monday to Saturday work schedule.
-Available ASAP.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manages the accounting department from payables to receivables.
Payrolls & Billings
-Ensure on time release of accurate payrolls of deployed employees
-Ensure on time release of accurate billings e.g payroll and operating expenses to all clients
-Monitors returned and not returned billings
-Cash Flow monitoring
Accounts Receivables
-Lead a team that monitors AR of top accounts
-Monitoring of aging accounts receivables
-Conducts reconciliation of accounts receivables
-Semi month reporting of Accounts receivables
Financial Reports
-Submission of monthly financial reports
-Daily submission of cash releases, billings and collections
Audits
-Perform audits on a need basis
Others
-Other related tasks/functions as deemed necessary
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 5
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Accounting Software, Accounting
