Job Responsibilities:
Ensure timely submission of the client's financial statements and schedules monthly, quarterly and annually required reports.
Ensure timely submission and payment of government remittances and compliance to BIR Requirements of the assigned clients.
Comply to company policies and standard operating procedures, making recommendations and developing process improvements when necessary.
Post day-to-day transactions of the assigned clients from documents and information to accounting systems.
Reconcile all client's accounts to ensure high accuracy.
Ensure fulfillment of AR and AP Responsibilities.
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Immediate Head.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Accountancy. CPA Required
At least 5 years of working experience in Finance and General Accounting or equivalent.
Experience in handling and managing clients' accounts and building strong connections and collaborative relationship.
Must be knowledgeable with rules and regulations of BIR or Taxation.
With substantial experience in handling BIR, SEC and Business Bureau related transactions is an advantage.
Solid experience in Accounting Systems preferably in Xero System, Quickbooks and others.
Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent communication skills
Confident, hardworking, dependable, and good team player with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadline.
Able to work remotely (With Personal Laptop and Stable Internet Connection)
