Duties and responsibilities
Preparation of vouchers
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation
Maintenance of books of accounts and related accounting documents & records.
Preparation of Trial Balance
Compliance of regulatory requirements such as SSS, Phil health and PAG-IBIG
Process local government yearly renewal of business permits
Familiarity with Basic Accounting Principles, Financial Statements, etc.
Knowledgeable with tax laws and regulations for basic BIR Application and filings
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
At least 1 working experience in the related field
Reports Preparation Required Skills:
a. Bookkeeping
b. Financial Accounting
c. Accounts payable knowledge
