Responsibilities:
Handle day to day book keeping full sets of accounts
Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
Analyse and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis
Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary Responsible for company's tax matters - BIR and government reporting
Continuously review current processes, identifying and implementing of improvement Prepare monthly payroll and office administrative duties
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
