Accounts receivable aging and sales reconciliation
Prepayment and fixed assets lapsing schedule
Income tax calculation and government requirement filings
Monthly closing and reports preparation
Creation of Accounting & Finance Policies and manuals
GL and SL maintenance
Shall do FS preparation
Shall manage subordinate and lead the team
Assist the finance manager in all matters
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Can speak, read and write in Mandarin
Graduate of Accounting or Business course
3-5 years' experience in accounting & finance reporting
Proficient in MS Office/Excel/PPT software
Proficient in SAP/Oracle/Quickbooks/Xero
Good in leadership skills
Proficient in Tax matters
Strong in logical thinking and analytical skill
Meticulous and pay attention to details
