We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant Manager to join our finance team. As a Senior Accountant Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the accounting operations of our organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledgers, and financial reporting.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.
Review financial transactions and reconcile accounts to maintain accuracy.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Develop and implement internal control procedures to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Manage the monthly and annual closing process, including the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support as needed.
Stay up-to-date with accounting principles, industry trends, and changes in regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
CPA or equivalent professional certification is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar accounting role, with demonstrated expertise in financial reporting.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of the software development industry is a plus.
