-3+ years of professional accounting experience.
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
-CPA preferred but not required
-Must have excellent skill level in Excel, Very Good Presentation skills, a Very good understanding of Commercial Finance.
-Must be knowledgeable with rules and regulations of BIR and experience of VAT Law and Withholding Tax.With substantial experience in handling BIR, ad SEC
-related transaction is an advantage.Hands-on and multitasking
-must be willing to work in the Pasay office (near airport)
-can start ASAP
Work Schedule:
8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
8am to 12nn (Saturday)
Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 PHP
-Ensure business transactions are reported under generally accepted accounting principles-Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
-Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
-Research and analyze expense variances for company management-Managing all aspects of bookkeeping and reporting of the operating entity.
-Supporting the team in the day-to-day operation including; Inventory and Cost Sheet, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Petty cash, Travel & Expenses claims, and reconciliation of accounts.
-Preparation and filing of BIR returns and other regulatory and statutory reports. Be able to navigate the BIR website without supervision and know how to deal with the BIR to update the Company's user access, including the ELECTRONIC FILING AND PAYMENT SYSTEM (eFPS). To ensure the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts are prepared and reported efficiently and timely to meet tight deadlines and report to the Managing Director.
-Complete all tax filing and reporting on-time - monthly, quarterly, and annually (VAT, Income Tax, withholding taxes, etc.)
