Prepare Financial Statement for Management and Statutory reporting
Prepare various financial reports to the Regional Head office at Hong Kong
Ensure that all Balance Sheet items are reconciled and balanced with the General Ledger
Prepare detailed budget for overheads and the monthly overhead reports
Ensure taxes are correctly computed and all payments are made on time
Deals and liaises with the external auditors and government agencies in relation to company finance matter
Prepare template for collation of financials as per audit requirements
Define template for collation of financials and seek inputs from relevant teams for the audit process
Review payment files prepared by junior staff members
Preparation of any ad hoc reports as requested by management from time to time
Supervise accounts payable and petty cash functions
Signs the Certificate on the Compilation Services for the Preparation of the Financial Statements and Notes to the Financial Statement as required by Philippine Board of Accountancy
