RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. Responsible for timely compliance, filing, registration, renewal and accounting of all types of taxes, permits, licenses and statutory requirements.
2. Preforms analysis of financial and accounting records and prepares accurate, complete and timely management reports.
3. Ensures confidential, accurate, and timely processing and releasing of employees' payroll and handles/resolves all payroll related issues/inquiries.
4. Keeps updated on and applies generally accepted accounting principles in the preparation and audit of annual year-end financial statements for submission to external auditor.
5. In-charge of ensuring internal audit compliance.
6. Safe-keeps the tax and statutory registrations, permits, licenses, forms, reports and books of accounts
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
Certified Public Accountant
With at least 3 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor
Experience in preparation of financial statement preferred
Familiarity in using QuickBooks accounting software
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and Project)
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
