Are you a werker?
Highly-skilled accounting expert (CPA) with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience with an Australian Accounting Firm or a BPO supporting Accounting Firm clients.
Knowledge of Australian accounting and tax compliance practices.
Demonstrated proficiency in Australian bookkeeping, BAS preparation, client general ledger maintenance and reconciliations, payroll processing, accounts payable processing/payment, and other tasks to facilitate month-end and end-of-financial-year processes.
Competence in utilising key technical skills to deliver a comprehensive trial balance for review, culminating in preparing Financial Statements.
Experience with leading cloud accounting platforms, such as Xero and MYOB.
Stay current with industry trends, accounting software updates, and continuing education to enhance bookkeeping skills.
Confident in corresponding with clients to address their financial queries, provide reports, and offer insights into their financial status.
A confident and articulate problem solver ready to address clients' accounting needs.
Ability to efficiently manage a portfolio of clients and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Organise and maintain detailed financial records to support the management reporting process. This includes systematically filing and archiving documents for easy reference.
Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Adept at working collaboratively and engaging with a professional team.
Possess a strong sense of trustworthiness and a commitment to actively contribute to our company's growth plans.
