Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day accounting functions of property related activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivables, and billing.
Manage the month-end close process, including preparation of monthly consolidated financials, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
Oversee sales tax processes including monthly and quarterly tax returns
Responsible for all accounting and financial reporting activities relating to the financial operation of the company in accordance with GAAP and implement policies and procedures where necessary to ensure proper accounting and reporting of financial information.
Produce monthly P&Ls, reconcile bank statements, make necessary accruals for several properties.
Review closing schedules for acquisitions, financings, and dispositions in order to prepare and record transaction
Track payments of all capital projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Certified Public Accountant
Required skill(s): Taxation & Financial Statements Preparation.
Detail oriented, analytical, strong organizational skills, proven ability to meet deadlines, works well under pressure and possess the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize effectively
5 years of total experience with at least 3 year(s) of working in the related field
Preferably Supervisor / 3 yrs
Good interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service field is an advantage
