Perform daily cash and position reconciliations; investigate breaks.
Book entries in the accounting system (enfusion)
Monitor, book, and reconcile bank debt activity.
Fund expense reporting and payments
Report to the front office and management (e.g., risk reporting, margin, financing)
Monthly Responsibilities:
NAV review. GL, PL, and position reconciliations
Liaise with the fund administrator throughout the month-end process. Reconcile the NAV pack and investor statements
Ad-Hoc:
Regular client reporting
Financial statement tie-outs: be responsible for reconciling source data against financial statements
Our current work setup is 70% (WFH) - 30% (Onsite) Hybrid Work from Home wherein you need to be in the office for 6 days a month and the rest is WFH. To qualify you must have a stable internet connection (DSL/Fiber with at least 25mbps).QualificationsQualifications and Experience Required for this RoleEssentialEducation / professional qualifications
Graduate of accounting or any business-related course with 2+ years relevant accounting experience.
Background experience
Actual work experience in the preparation of working paper files, financial statements with disclosures and other financial information.
Technical
Intermediate Excel skills such as pivot tables, lookup, "if" and other similar functions.
Computer / program knowledge
Experience in e-mail, word processing and video conferencing applications such as Microsoft Office.
Effective written and verbal intermediate communication skills.
Experience in using accounting software (Investran software is desired).
Desired
Desire to complete Certified Public Accountant qualification, if applicable.
Experience working in Financial Services or Shared Services office environment.
Experience working in a multinational office environment.
Open to travel and other secondment opportunities abroad.
University Degree in Accountancy and other accounting-related courses.
