Job Description
Manage accounts receivable transactions
Prepare and issue invoices, credit memo to the clients
Daily/Monthly bank reconciliations, reporting
Coordinate with the management to resolve any invoicing and/or billing concerns
Support timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close, including assigned journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, accruals, and overall maintenance of all accounts.
Prepare variance analysis for assigned accounts
Prepare documentation for external auditors
Other duties, analysis or projects as assigned by management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or other related courses
At least 5 years experience in performing end to end Accounts Receivable activities
Prior experience in handling US clients a plus
Amenable to work on a fixed night shift schedule (US hours) including holidays and overtime
Willing to work in a temporary WFH set-up; amenable to work in Alabang once work in office resumes
Can start ASAP
