Requirements:
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Thai language
• Preferably Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Preferably candidates currently i in the Philippines
• Willing to work in Taguig City
• ·Can start as soon as possible
• Must at least 2 years experience in Supervisory role
Responsibilities:
• Manage the performance and behavior of the associates trough meetings and coaching
• Set and Implement goals of the team
• Review and Analyze KPI of the associates
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues
• Providing excellent coaching and mentoring the members to achieve Team goal
