Job Descriptions
Provides administrative and technical assistance to the Operations Team Lead.
Organize and maintains files and records
Manage appointments and meetings, events and reminds daily of the events for the day/week/month.
Daily record keeping and filling of documents,
Assist in miscellaneous activities
Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
Other functions assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of any 4 year course.
With experience of 6 months or one year. Longer work experience would be better. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
With good communication skills both (verbal and written)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel is a must
Working hours are 7AM- 4PM PH time
