Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support: - Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and messages. - Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff. - Organize and maintain digital and physical files and records. - Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
2. Prepare documents and correspondence: - Create and format documents, reports, and presentations. - Proofread and edit materials for accuracy and grammar. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
3. Assist in project coordination: - Collaborate with various departments to track project progress. - Prepare and distribute project-related documents and reports. - Follow up on action items and deadlines with team members.
4. Conduct research and compile data: - Gather and analyze information from various sources. - Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations based on research findings. - Maintain databases and update records as needed.
5. Support office operations: - Order and maintain office supplies and equipment. - Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages. - Assist in managing office facilities and maintenance.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
Passionate and driven individual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
