Job Description
Provides assistance and perform a variety of administrative tasks to support to the President/CEO
Prepares agenda and minutes of the meeting for Functional Meetings, Executive Committee Meetings and Operations Committee Meetings.
Arrange President/CEO meeting schedule
Maintains an organized file of related documents.
Domestic and international travel coordination
Event planning and coordination
Business communications to internal/external stakeholders (email, phone, etc.)
Assist the President/CEO in Presentation creation/editing/meeting materials
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's/College Degree graduate, a graduate of any business or IT course
With at least 3 years minimum related work experience in a similar role
Applicant must be living in Pasig City or nearby cities
Average English verbal and written communication skills
Excellent computer/internet/Microsoft skills
Excellent time and project management skills
Accurate data entry and excellent typing skills
Must be detail-oriented
Ability to plan, organize, anticipate requirements in advance
Meticulous at work, a fast learner and able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision in a dynamic environment
Highly values integrity, moral and ethical work conduct
