Job Description
Monitor, collect and maintain support ticketing system by handling, endorsing, and coordinating tickets to Support and Implementation Team; gathering and consolidating customer's complaints and concerns; expediting correction or adjustment; following through to ensure resolution
Work closely with Support and Implementation Team by delegating and maintaining schedule of support activities and appropriate resources (i.e. people, property) to completely resolve the support tickets
Provide proactive customer care management
Document customer interactions and calls
Provides periodic reports and updates for all ticket activities
Organize and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
Ensure and exceed customer satisfaction
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in customer care management and support coordination is an advantage
Entry level applicants can be considered
With pleasing personality and excellent in Business English communication skills
Willing to work or be assigned within and outside Metro Manila
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
