Responsible for all invoicing or every activity performed
Ensure accuracy of billed cost and selling items
Coordinates with sales, counterparts and OPS for the scope of work required for each transaction
Provide timely report of jobs done
Ensure completeness of documentation and invoices from suppliers and counterpart
Monitors every stage of the invoicing process in corresponding report
Monitors dispatching and collection speed
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in finance/accounting, Business Admin or equivalent
Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
Familiar with basic accounting
Preferably 6 months to 1 year working experience financial / accounting position
Fresh graduates with knowledge in financial / accounting position are also welcome to apply
Computer familiar
Confortable with numbers
Must have keen eye for details
Excellent reporting and analytical skills
Has good organization and planning capability
