SDC Test Delivery Manager (SDC Test Coordinator)
Whenever the New JTI delivers a SAP solution release or implements a major project directly related to our core systems it is necessary for us to perform a global set of tests to ensure that the newly implemented functionality has not had any adverse effects on the normal business processes within JTI. TThe purpose of this position is to deliver great testing for the New JTI SAP solution via leading and managing the outsourced SDC test with focus on the preparation and execution of Regression Test (RT), and interact with the suitable Business and IT stakeholders to understand quality expectations to manage and fulfill them. Ultimate objective is to ensure that there is no impact on current JTI functionalities due to release & projects changes.
What will you do?
Prepare and execute great SAP functional testing for the New JTI SAP solution to find defects before the go-live, build trust on new releases, and inject quality in it. Revisit test strategy, test approaches, test tools, etc. frequently to make sure the SDC test team is aligned to the industry best practices. Contribute to reduce the number of failures encountered post Go-Live in the production landscape.
Discuss and set proper expectations around testing with all stakeholders, such as Key Users, Markets, Global Business Services (GBS), other IT teams, etc., via fluent relationships.
Lead, manage, and be the expert reference for the outsourced testers team.
Manage the fundamental test process:
Test planning and control.
Test estimations techniques.
Test analysis and design.
Test implementation and execution.
Evaluating exit criteria and reporting.
Risks Management and countermeasures identification.
Test closure activities.
Collaborate to define and keep up to date the IT project management methodology on the testing front
Be a SAP testing subject matter expert for the IT organization and so a person to go for expert SAP testing advice and assistance
Who are we looking for?
Master Degree preferred or equivalent Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical science.
ISTQB certifications: foundation; test manager (nice-to-have)
8+ years in multi-national environment with exposure to systems implementation and maintenance.
Extensive xperience in Software Testing.
Extensive experience in SAP modules, preferably S4HANA. Finance expertise is a plus.
2+ years of experience in leading a Testing Team.
Experience in an international environment, distributed IT teams, working with and coordinating third party off-shore teams.
Testing process and SAP tools: Testing Process, ALM Quality Center, Solution Manager, etc.
Good SAP cross overall finance functional knowledge.
SAP Fiori and/or any SAP Cloud platform.
Test Automation fundaments knowledge and practical experience.
Good knowledge and hands in experience of the test industry state-of-the-art: automation, trends, etc.
Knowledge of Business processes in the Consumer goods sector (preferred but not required).
Office expert end user, particularly Excel spreadsheet.
Strong orientation to customers' needs.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
