Primary Responsibilities:
Be Agile/SCRUM Process Facilitator & Facilitate Scrum events
Be the servant leader for the Scrum Teams
Encourage full participation of team members within their defined roles, responsibilities, and mandate
Ensure that the Iterative Development process stays in focus by following Scrum
Ensure compliance with the common ways of working
Assist Product Owner in product backlog management
Be overall accountable for the setup in the Azure DevOps tool that supports the Scrum Process, i.e. work items being linked, estimated, tagged, named, etc. according to agreed standards
Monitor progress, create transparency, and provide timely feedback
Enable the team to handle impediments (risks and issues) during Sprints
Create an environment where team members can support each other to improve and perform
Collaborate with other teams and align releases across tracks
Develop Scrum competencies in the team
Be the Change Agent and encourage a culture of agility and learning
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience on handling multiple teams/projects
5+ years of experience in agile methodology and tools (Rally) experience writing and prioritizing user stories
3+ years of experience in IT Product Management or as IT Business Analyst/Product Owner/Scrum Master
Knowledge of Agile Methodology
Knowledge of Business Analysis
Strong Communication and Collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
PSM Certifications / Scaled Agile
Knowledgeable on Agile tool like Rally, JIRA
Advance level experience with Microsoft Tools (Excel, PPT, Word)
