Lead end-to-end SAP SCM implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with client supply chain transformation goals.
Manage cross-functional teams across SAP SCM modules and technical streams.
Drive project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment with supply chain processes.
Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery practices.
Oversee integration of SCM modules with S/4HANA and SAP BTP components.
Provide strategic input on leveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for cloud-based SCM transformation.
Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.
Mentor junior consultants and project leads in SCM delivery excellence.
Required Skills:
10 to 12 years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years in project management roles.
Strong functional understanding of SAP SCM modules MM, SD, PP, EWM, and TM.
Proven experience in managing full-cycle SAP S/4HANA SCM implementations.
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile project delivery.
Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Cloud ALM.
Knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory, logistics, and manufacturing.
Preferred Skills:
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
SAP certification in any SCM module or S/4HANA.
Exposure to SAP IBP, SAP Signavio, or SAP LeanIX.
Experience in managing hybrid delivery models and global rollouts.
