SAP Commerce (Hybris) Solution Architect / Consultants - Multiple Roles
We are building a new Competence Center for SAP Commerce Cloud (previously called SAP Hybris). The consultants will work with client teams to select, design, and implement eCommerce solutions based on SAP Commerce (Hybris). The specialized eCommerce consultants will be responsible for implementing SAP Commerce (Hybris) which will provide a differentiated product in the marketplace, enabling a competitive edge for our clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in consulting or product management for organizations that deliver eCommerce solutions
2+ years working on one or more of the following platforms: SAP Commerce or Hybris, Adobe Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Commerce tools
1+ working across multiple eCommerce platforms
Technical competence in Hybris C4C/ C4S UI concepts (screen configuration, layouts, business roles and other concepts) is highly desirable.
Technical competence in C4C/ C4S integration concepts (communication systems, arrangement) is highly desirable
Job Responsibilities
Design and develop client strategies around SAP Commerce solutions
Participate in SAP Commerce Solution Assessments, which includes as is/to be designed sessions and documentation to enable solution development.
Participate in designing business architecture associated with SAP Commerce strategy and solution.
Analyze relevant business processes, identify gaps between processes and existing solutions, and opportunities for process improvements
Collaborate with technical resources to define an architecture that supports SAP Commerce solution
Develop work estimates for eCommerce implementations during the sales cycle (for Senior Roles)
Detailed understanding of ecommerce tools and solutions
Experience with large-scale custom eCommerce implementations
Familiarity with web technologies such as social media, personalization and behavioral targeting
Requirement's definition and implementation * Experience with (or awareness of) user experience design, information architecture and agile web development processes
Platform and Architecture technical skills and knowledge of emerging technologies/platforms
