We are looking for SAP B1 Support/Implementation Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and implementing SAP Business One (B1) systems to improve business operations. You will work with different departments to ensure smooth system functionality and effective use of SAP B1.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP B1 users across modules.
Assist in SAP B1 system implementations, upgrades, and customizations.
Analyze business processes in sales, inventory, finance, and distribution to align with SAP B1 functionality.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
Generate reports and support decision-making through system insights.
Train and assist end-users to maximize SAP B1 usage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience in implementing or supporting SAP B1 systems.
Strong understanding of business processes such as sales, inventory, finance, and distribution.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and pursue SAP B1 certifications.
