Knowledge on SAP Modules related to SAP ABAP Development:
- SAP ABAP
- SAP FIORI
- SAP PI/PODuties and Responsibilities
Create conceptual and logical business solution design for BAU and Replicating business requirements
- Understand and translate business requirements into ERP solutions
- Design programs to meet business requirements
- Conduct/facilitate testing activities
- Conduct/facilitate training
- Prepare required documentations
- Support cut-over activities
- Perform post implementation support.
Support development, testing and documentation of Deepening and Broadening business requirements
Follow and improve delivery and operation support methodology
Ensure compliance to PLDT Group standards.
Can apply knowledge to the other IT Delivery Services:
- Application Management
- Change Management
- Portfolio Management
- Risk Management
- Incident and Problem Management.
Ensure that ERP systems remain robust, stable, and secure.
Update relevant documentation pertaining to delivered ERP services.
Communicate updates to stakeholders.
Perform other duties of similar nature or level that may be assigned.
