As ABAP Developer you will: Provide day to day, end to end ownership to issues assigned to him/her Plans, coordinate and support business process, systems and users to deliver service level requirements by applying one's technical, functional and ITIL knowledge. Ensure that issues handled fall within quality parameters (ISO, Internal Audits, CSA etc. Acquire expertise and in-depth solution knowledge for his/her area Provide specialized skills and knowledge of a domain (technical, business and/or application) that helps to ensure rapid resolution Utilize professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experiences Make service improvement suggestions to Row Leaders & Team Leaders May be assigned to own some action plan items as part of the over-all service improvement program Train IM peers according to his area of responsibility or expertise Generate job-aids and other documented knowledge in an ongoing basis Ensure that issues assigned are properly escalated horizontally and vertically within target timescales. Ensure that tickets are properly handed over (updated, next steps, etc.) and coordinated with the shift duty manager. For L3, Problem Records are included in the scope. Preferred Qualifications: - Solid SAP ABAP development skills. - Knowledge of SAP ABAP architecture and security concepts (business catalogs, tiles, roles, navigation intents, etc..) - Experience with ABAP CDS views and OData services. - Experience with SCM tools (e.g. GitHub). Nice to have Qualifications: - Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps principles - Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Cloud Foundry environment and SAPUI5 application development. - Experience with Fiori Elements and Business Objects Processing Framework (BOPF) - Experience with RESTful ABAP Programming Model for SAP (RAP)
