Job Description
Your Team
You will be part of our Group Process Analytics and Applications Team that focuses on the company's internal applications and processes.
Your mission
As an Application Engineer, your task will consist of the following:
Maintain and continuously improve and implement parts of the SAP HCM landscape of the company to better service our employees working across all our legal entities worldwide.
Be a liaison to our HR stakeholders in performing their HR-related tasks within SAP whenever they need guidance. Additionally propose and implement SAP-based solutions to accomplish their projects and roll out HR-related policy changes whether legally or by corporate.
Support all our employees in their concerns and issues pertaining to our HR self-service tools ranging from Timesheets (CATSDB) to various SAP Fiori applications that facilitates such services. In addition, you will support HR in using our SAP HCM software for their HR Administration tasks.
Work with other teams that integrates their 3rd party solutions to our SAP HCM system. You will provide technical and functional support and guidance with them to be able to have their solutions work with SAP.
Qualifications
What you need:
SAP HR Functional Experience
Experience in configuring and enabling solutions covered under the Personnel Administration and Organizational Management modules (PA, OM)
Configuring, maintaining and enabling additional Infotypes in both OM and PA.
Knowledgeable in the object and relationship concept of OM.
Experience with Payroll-based Infotypes is an advantage.
Experience in configuring solutions covered under the Time Management Module (PT)
Configuring Holiday Calendars and Work Schedules. Including setting compensation depending on holiday types and accounting various non-full-time work schedules.
Knowledge in the concept of both Positive and Negative Time.
Knowledge in working with Time Evaluation is required.
Development and Maintenance of the Time Solution using Time Schemas and PCRs. Some knowledge with Time Functions is needed.
Creation and Maintenance of Absence Quotas both in Time Evaluation and directly in PA Infotypes.
Familiarity with Flextime / Overtime concept in an SAP Time solution.
Experience in working with SAP Cross-Application Timesheet (CATS) is advantageous
Familiarity of Swiss, German and Singaporean SAP HR solutions and landscape is advantageous.
SAP HR Technical Experience
RICEFW Knowledge
Knowledgeable with ABAP-HR; worked with Logical Databases, Macros and creation of reports for HR Data.
Experience in Smartforms and HR Forms with Remuneration Statements. Knowledge of Adobe Forms is a nice plus.
Knowledge of Enhancements; BADI, Implicit Enhancements, User Exits in HR.
Maintenance of ABAP Web Dynpro.
Knowledge of data transfer tools and mass upload like LSMW.
You will get extra points for the following:
Knowledge of SAP Payroll solution is advantageous but not required.
Knowledge of SAP Security concepts
Knowledge of enabling SAP Fiori applications in the backend is advantageous.
Experience in one or more of the following SAP modules: FI, CO, MM, SD
