Job Description
Check assigned mall/s thru having phone conversation or site inspection. This include ensuring that the flow of concerns in the area are well accommodated.
Attending the concerns of the mall Engineers/admin may it be for a project or problem in the mall through answering calls from personnel/ Mall admin or site inspection
Assessment of projects concern in the malls may it be for plumbing; de-clogging; electrical projects
Proposition of remedy solution for any projects.
Attend Pre-bid meetings.
Gather all essentials for the project including the availability of all materials needed for the project by coordinating with warehouse.
Responsible for the lay out and proposal for the assigned project
Responsible for making assessment report for every assigned project
Responsible for monitoring all STP project
Review and assessment of ongoing projects thru coordinating with mall personnel.
Responsible for the assessment of as build plans for any given projects
Responsible for requesting manpower may it be for additional or initial request.
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Sanitary Engineering.
Licensed Sanitary Engineer/Master Plumber is an advantage.
Must have experience in Construction Management (high rise or mid-rise buildings).
