MRM / McCANN Worldgroup is looking for a Mid/Senior QA Analyst for our Salesforce team!
About the team and the role
The MRM//McCann Centres of Execution ("COEx") are a core component of MRM's global capability and woven into our story as a key benefit to our Global Clients. The COEx is our way of working, providing a standardized offering, a consistently high level of delivery, and a competitive advantage vs legacy operating structure. The COEx productizes MRM//McCann's operational excellence.
The Quality Assurance role within the COEx is crucial to delivering the product to our agency and direct clients. The role will be responsible for ensuring that project assets are of the highest possible quality, allowing Project Managers to deliver on time, on budget and to specification with confidence.
Responsibilities:
Managing QA on single-stream and small, multi-stream web-based projects.
Assisting Head of QA on large, multi-stream web-based projects.
Writing test plans, test cases and test data.
Checking web-based deliverables against both MRM and client standards.
Required Skills
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years work experience in testing web sites and/or browser-based software
With 1-2 years' work experience with Salesforce
Web-based workflow and/or issue tracking experience (e.g. Jira)
Basic to Mid experience in Test automation experience is preferred
Amenable to work at 3pm-12am shift.
Flextime for senior-level analysts.
Fixed schedule for mid-level analysts.
