DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with dealers, operations team and business owner to resolve client issues or request.
Collaborate with various business segments within the organization about process streamlining which involves partner account set-up and management.
Participate in product and knowledge trainings, and realignment meetings
Supports escalated cases for resolution or proper endorsement to Channel Operations.
Analyzes root cause of incidents reported by customers
QUALIFICATIONS
Has a working knowledge using Salesforce CRM Tool
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
Experience in Sales and Marketing experience is a plus, but not mandatory
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Salesforce
Willing to work at Laguna Area, but preliminary will be work from home arrangement
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
