On top of your salary, here are the exciting benefits you can look forward to: Work From Home Internet Subsidy Diverse learning & growth opportunities HMO upon hire + 2 free dependents Unused leaves to convert into cash at the end of the year With Passport Access to work flexibly from anywhere in over 20+ workspace locations Access to KMC's exclusive pantry (MadMax Coffee, Fresh Fridge) The main responsibilities of a SALESFORCE ARCHITECT include: As a Senior Salesforce System Engineer in the Enterprise team, you will guide the overall stability and increased scale of the Salesforce ecosystem that powers MasterClass sales, analytics, account management, and more You will be responsible for architecting, planning, and carrying out Salesforce projects and implementing end-to-end technology solutions on the platform You will be expected to have and gain a deep knowledge of the sales stack and be able to admin on each of the relative technologies Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver the most effective Salesforce solutions Produce documentation and tutorials that enable other teams To apply for the role, you must have the following: 3 years of experience as a Salesforce system administrator and Lightning UX Experience administering other integrated tools within the Salesforce ecosystem including DocuSign e-signature, Salesloft, Zuora, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Skilled at crafting and improving workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, custom objects, custom settings, SSO configuration, profiles & permission sets, reports, and dashboard development Desire to embrace new technology, applications, and solutions
