You will be part of Finstro's Tech Hub of Excellence in Manila and work with our Australian and US counterparts. You will join a pioneer team to build new standards and break barriers to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing organisation.
As the Salesforce Administrator you will work closely with the Business leaders and teams to understand their needs are currently met, evaluated and defined for future changes relating to the Salesforce product suite that covers CRM needs. You will bridge the gap between technical and business users, whether internal or 3rd parties. The focus is on the best user experience to better meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining and delivering world-class integrated products for the FinTech operational world.
You will be responsible for...
Business Analysis - Own and deliver the required new functionality required by all user groups via requirements gathering and then UAT pre delivery to users. You will be the product owner for Salesforce.
Continuous Improvement - Actively look for continuous improvement to process and product to meet the ever-changing needs (internal & external) of our business.
Relationship Building & Management - Develop and maintain an ongoing relationship with internal clients
Operational - Ensure the Salesforce suite and associated functions are continuously performing, monitoring all health data (uptime, storage etc) and administrative tasks associated with user roles/profiles/accesses and security for Salesforce
Customer Service - first line support for all Salesforce requests owning the complete process from query to completion, deliver training and knowledge transfer, first line of support for all telephony needs liaising with 3rd parties as needed to resolve any issues
Testing - Perform any UAT actions required for any changes or new functionality for Salesforce and products
Health and Safety - Be familiar with WHS policies and where to find procedures
3+ Years of extensive experience with Salesforce, SF Marketing Cloud and Social Studio
Excellent technical and analytical skills
Always striving for continuous improvement
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
Ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships, resolving issues and understanding drivers/needs
Highly motivated - solution focused and attends to challenging priorities with a sense of urgency
Promote a positive culture within the team
Work collaboratively with other business units
Experience dealing with large volumes of ticket requests on a daily basis
Outstanding communications skills, verbal and written
The role will work onsite at our Manila office in BGC and work within Australian/US Time Zone.
