We are looking for an efficient and proactive SalesForce Administrator to work in our operating company, VivoPower. The successful candidate will be supporting and work closely with the team in taking ownership of the Salesforce platform by leading the ongoing development of the platform deployment.
They will be responsible of maintaining the platform, execution on day to day configuration, managing and defining the team's requirements to customise the platform to improve for easy navigation by the users, developing reports and providing technical support.
*This position is a full-time, Manila-based position and will require to be available for at least part of the Australia - US - UK work day.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing of data received and keeping data organise to input;
Maintaining sales opportunities and creation of workflows;
Executing day to day configuration and understanding all aspects and technical capabilities of the platform;
Gathering and analysing requirements from users and translate into technical specifications to customise the platform for easy navigation by the user;
Creating and setting up new user and monitor access levels;
Managing email templates and order forms, segmenting lists and conducting a/b test to monitor email performance;
Handling of daily support requests, addressing user issues and providing technical support;
Running of quarterly database maintenance reports and keep an eye on the health of the database;
Preventing duplication of data and clogging up the database by running of deduplication tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor of Degree in Business related course or any related field;
SalesForce Administrator Certification holder (a must);
With minimum 4-5 years of working experience as a SalesForce Analyst and/or 2-3 years as a SalesForce Administrator;
Proven experience in Deduplication tools and Salesforce's third party tools;
Extensive experience in report development, configuration, and customisation;
Previously worked in a multi-national companies with offices in multiple countries and currencies preferable;
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written;
Strong interpersonal skills, well organized and able to work under pressure.
