Our company is looking for an experience Training Manager for Sales.
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Training Manager for Sales is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to new hires with the basic tools, soft skills, and fundamental knowledge to be effective in their assigned client deployments. This position requires working with other divisions to identify potential or any issues with training methods and make suggestions and/or implement improvements as needed. The training manager should also stay updated with current market trends and the changing demands of the B2B and B2C sales environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
The responsibilities and duties of the Training Manager for Sales are as described and are not limited to the following:
Develop niche-specific sales training programs to be delivered to new and current sales employees.
Conduct upskilling exercises and/or skill builders to new and current sales employees.
Conduct skills gap analysis by facilitating performance review sessions with new hires and existing sales agents.
Observe sales interactions and collect feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.
Collaborate with the Operations and the Sales teams in conducting a deep-dive analysis on customer preferences and develop case studies on preferred skills and qualifications to be integrated into the existing training curriculum
Deliver periodic performance reports as directed by the management team
Develop sales performance policies and methods for evaluating performance
Recommend budget for training events and monitor costs during the program
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven work experience as a Training Manager or a similar role
Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Self-driven and a proactive team player, accountability and personal organization are essential traits
Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
Able to demonstrate leadership qualities
Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the organizations services, and the ability to problem solve as needed
Understanding of CRMs, Google Workspace and Hubspot
Has a stable and reliable internet connection, computer/laptop with back up
Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities, e-learning platforms and web-based learning
Ability to design effective training programs and measure trainee performance
Experience in a sales position is preferred
Proficiency with cloud-based tools and platforms such as Hubspot, Zoom, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and common CRM systems
Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, an updated OS and CPU
Stable internet connectivity at 25 mbps
