Department: Sales - Trade and Commercial Planning
Location: Taguig city, Philippines
Reporting to: Commercial and Channel Planning Manager
WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE
The incumbent assumes the business ownership of the Sales Force Automation solution (SFA) and the Customer and Territory Master Data. The responsibilities includes the management and upkeep of classification and definition of Trade Channels, Trade Segmentation, Outlet types and the maintenance of the integrity of Customer and Territory information in the Master Database.
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales System (SFA solutions) Support and Maintenance
Administer SFA system setup, administration, configuration, maintenance and optimization
Monitor active SFA and back office users and ensure the correct access level based on function and role
Coordinate with IT / third party solutions provider in terms of monitoring issues/errors escalated by internal and external user
Participation in Business Testing related to Application Change Requests, Systems Upgrade or deployment of fix to resolved system bugs
Provide status/feedback of pending issues/errors encountered and monitor until resolution
Participation in TME training courses (new entrants) and assist in the development of User's Training manuals for (Field force and Backoffice)
Trade Ckassification and Segmentation Upkeep
Develop, implement and update classification and definition of Trade Channels and Outlet types and manage the deployment and maintenance in the Sales System
Monitor, update and maintain relevance of channel definitions
Develop a process and ensure the field force users understand and adhere to safeguard the integrity of the channel definitions and trade segmentation in the creation of new customers
Customer Master Data (CMD) Management
Implement CMD processes and ensure the policy is adhere to by division the right level of control and monitoring
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clarity of process, define areas of accountability, and ensure
completeness and accuracy of customer master data
Continuously review processes and recommend improvement opportunities
Responsible for the maintaining and management of Coverage Plan and Territory Hierarchy to support the implementation of the territory approach
Establish process for the setup and maintenance of Territory Boundaries in alignment with SIBI and RTM teams
Perform regular update of Territory Boundaries and customer tagging in collaboration with field M&S leaders
Technical Support, Testing and Training Assistance
Administer all training documentation and desktop procedure of SFA system as guide to its internal and 3rd Party Users
Facilitate online & physical system training to newly on board field sales and back office
Prepare and create survey based on internal requirements from Field Sales, Marketing and Finance
Provide status/feedback to customer on pending issues/errors encountered and monitor until resolution
People Management
Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, IT or any other highly quantitative fields
Minimum 10 years experience in operational support, database management, preferably with multinational FMCG.
Data reporting and analysis, KPI & performance measurements
Trade survey planning, execution
Excellent analytical system knowledge (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, SQL)
Good understanding of commercial analysis (Retail Audit, Tracker, Trade Marketing and Sales KPIs)
Familiar with Route to Market, Trade Segmentation, Trade Marketing Execution, Channel Planning
Functional knowledge in IT processes (e.g. incident, problem, system change request)
Familiar with Systems Development Lifecycle and deal with 3rd party solutions provider
Good domain of Relational Database Management System, SQL scripting and Data Modelling
Project Management skills, Business Processes Moderating and Charting is an advantage
Budget & performance measurement monitoring
Excellent Interpersonal and people management skills (at least supervisory level)
