We are in urgent need of a dynamic, full-time, office-based Sales Support for an Australian real estate company!

What you'll be doing
Check up with the sales team twice a day on their daily activities (12noon & 3pm AEST)
Enter visits into CRM, upload any sales supplied images to TT drive
Action requests, including but not limited to processing sample orders, send out price list, image and/or series showcase/price sheet requests, portal log ins
Send out credit application form to customers
Update customers on the delivery of their samples and/or orders
Arrange appointments with clients and sales team
Check tracking for sales vans
Request for laid images from customers to sales team if it's available
Request for updates on the contact people on each store e.g. contact number, new personnel, email changes, etc
Deal with any customer complaints and resolve the issue as necessary
Inform sales team for promos, new products, price list updates, slip rating report etc. via email
Answer phone calls for both GB and TT
Log calls in CRM
