You will be working with a company that specialises in Enterprise-grade networking and has been leading the industry in the design and remediation of enterprise Wi-Fi and specialise in all complex network deployments.
About the Role
As Sales Support, you will be responsible for assisting the team in their administrative task. You will also be working closely with experts in the industry to walk through the area or building and assess the area to support Wi-Fi connection.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
You will be doing tasks with diligence and accuracy.
You will provide exceptional administrative, and systems support for our fast-paced sales team.
You will be doing simple CRM management.
You will work with our sales consultants to ensure accurate and efficient processes, including client contracts, proposals, tenders, and relevant databases.
You will take instructions and execute tasks accurately.
You will communicate with Senior staff on Wi-Fi mapping and other details.
You will practice accuracy and attention to detail.
Position Requirements
Previous experience using Microsoft 365.
Previous experience using Accelo, Xero, Ekahau.
Problem-solving ability.
Analytical skills.
Project-management skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to enjoy and adapt to a fast-paced and diverse role.
Ability to work independently but also as a part of a team.
